    “A site like this doesn’t come
    around very often — it may never
    come around again.”

    Charles Gwathmey & Bob Siegel

    Founded in 1968, Gwathmey Siegel &
    Associates Architects (GSAA) has won
    a coveted position among the world's
    architectural elite, having completed
    over 300 projects internationally, from
    private homes to cultural landmarks.
    GSAA is admired for transforming
    simple geometries into remarkably
    elegant and deftly executed buildings
    and interiors, and was commended by
    the American Institute of Architects for "approaching every project with a fresh
    eye, a meticulousattention to detail, a
    keen appreciation for environmental
    and economic concerns, and a strong
